International conference "Modern informational technologies in diagnostic
investigations" (Ukraine, Dnepropetrovsk, 15 March 2002) - [Conference
Paper], pp. 113-117, 2002.
ааааааааа Methods of
chronodiagnostics with analysis of spectrum of assemblage of intra-cellular
microstructures, blood microcirculation, the relation of pulse frequency to
respiration frequency and others are used for objective assessment of optimal
parameters of laser therapy. The necessity of interactive automatic individual
optimisation of laser mode effect was grounded. Together with the account of
individual characteristics of coefficients of reflection, absorption and
transmission, as well as their dynamics in the process of laser therapy course,
the account of energy loss for heating upper skin layers is necessary. A model
of heat conduction in epidermis was worked out, allowing an account to be made
of individual arrangement of cutaneous furrows and to judge precisely the
quantity of absorbed energy during therapy of internal organs.

Used for Testing of the Absorbed Doze of Radiation During Low Laser Therapy.
Journal "Testing. Diagnostics", ╣ 10 (52), October 2002, pp. 18-22.
A method of
control of the absorbed dose of radiation during low-level laser therapy is
proposed. It is based on registration of both the reflected part of energy and
part of energy spent on local heating of epidermis. Results of theoretical and
experimental studies of heating process at pulse action are presented. As a
device controlling the absorbed dose a therapeutic machine is proposed. The
intensity of its action can be adjusted depending on optical and thermo-physical
properties of the biological tissue.

This paper considers the problems of control in the laser therapy of internal organs, aimed at the individual dosage of the procedure. The main stress is done on the necessity of registering the laser energy losses caused by the local heating of epidermis besides the reflected part of radiation.
ааааааааа A new method of controlling the
radiation power absorbed by epidermis in low level laser therapy is presented.
It represents measurement of the maximum temperatures of the biological tissue
in two points outside the light spot, for determination of the energy spent on
the local heating of epidermis.
ааааааааа Examples of calculation of the doses absorbed in the laser therapy process are presented. Based on the experimental data this calculation considers the optical and thermal physical properties of the biological tissue.а
